Brittany Weldy is a WeAlign Associate Strengths Coach, and she supports WeAlign through financial administrative support. The Strengths Assessment is her key source for coaching young adults, millennials and couples discover their natural talents and gifts.
She discovered The CliftonStrengths assessment in 2014, and after unpacking it with a friend, she knew this tool was one that could help improve so many lives. She helped form WeAlign in 2017 with the other partners, and the rest is History. Outside of WeAlign, Brittany has a Business Degree in Accounting/Finance, and worked in both For-Profit and Non-Profit finance since 2007.
Newly married in Jan 2019, Brittany is enjoying this new season of life with her husband, Colten. She is Certified Yoga Instructor and teaches at the local YMCA in Hannibal, MO. She also loves to garden and volunteer in her community and church in many capacities.

Marie's greatest passion centers on empowering people to discover, leverage and thrive in their strengths and to live in joy. She is an experienced group facilitator and speaker who serves as adjunct faculty with the Thayer Leader Development Group.
Marie graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management in 2000. After a year with the 101st Airborne Division(Air Assault), she was asked to assess for a position in the elite 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne). She became the unit’s Public Affair’s officer in January of 2002, on the cusp of the release of “Blackhawk Down” and the first casualties from the global war on terror. Marie completed Green platoon, the unit’s specialized training, and deployed to Afghanistan in June 2002. She became active in the unit’s Gold-Star Family program, assisting and supporting families of fallen soldiers within the unit. In May of 2005, she left the Army to focus on increasing responsibilities at home. Marie has spent the last 8 years mentoring officers, spouses and cadets at the United States Military Academy. She and her husband are part of a Christian Organization called The Navigators. She has spoken and led workshops at prayer breakfasts and conferences throughout the military work for the Navigators.
Marie enjoys swimming, hiking and playing card and board games with her husband, four children and goldendoodle. She enjoys her family's chickens and bees as well as science and history museums.

Tom is intentional in helping growth-minded leaders and teams become more fully functioning so that their people and organizations flourish! Tom is Gallup-trained in CliftonStrengths and working toward accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He brings over 34-years of diverse leadership experience from the military (20+), private, corporate, and non-profit spaces. He is a decorated combat veteran, has specialized military training, and has a background of strategy, projects, and leadership for personnel and organizational development.
Tom’s education includes a BSc. in Chemical and Petroleum Refining Engineering from Colorado School of Mines, an MDiv from Trinity International University, and a Master of Executive Leadership from Liberty University.
Tom is married and together they have two adult children. He and his wife reside in the Greater Denver Area.

Dale enjoys reading and watching Science Fiction and Super Heroes. He loves to travel and has spent at least one night on five of the seven continents. He also loves strategy games, and previously held a Level B standing with the US Chess Federation
