Ryan holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics and Finance and Master’s of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies – both from Liberty University. He is currently pursing a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University.

For over 30 years, Vivian has owned and managed several small businesses, starting with a video production company in Dallas, TX. For the past 15 years, she has enjoyed a successful career in real estate as the broker/owner of Vivian Cobb Realty, Inc. She brings a background in sales, marketing, public and media relations, and project management to her real estate business. Vivian has developed the ability to stay calm and optimistic as she maneuvers in the highly emotional arena of buying and selling a home. She is known for her caring customer service and will bring all of this to her coaching career as well. Her years of international travel make her cognizant of many different cultures and the needs of our diverse population. Scott served as an Air Force officer for over 25 years and was privileged to hold multiple key senior leadership, higher education, and analytical roles. Members of units he commanded laud him as a leader who comprehensively develops and deeply cares for his people. Scott has a doctorate in operations research, master’s degrees in several disciplines, and a bachelor’s in applied mathematics. He is a distinguished graduate from the National War College, Naval Postgraduate School, Air Command and Staff College, and the U.S. Air Force Academy and holds a certificate in non-profit management.
Scott enjoys running, cycling, hiking, skiing, and personal fitness. He is married to Kristi Leigh Frickenstein, has two adult sons, and resides in Colorado Springs, CO.

Joy abounds within her during playful moments with her puppies and family, while she is feeding her craving to learn, or when she feels a sense of achievement. She married her college sweetheart, Todd, nearly 25 years ago. Saturdays in the fall you would find the Jensens and their two boys tuned in to ESPN’s College Game Day with blissful anticipation for all the competition to follow…after she enjoys a morning run.

Angela has spent the last 20 years advocating and speaking for women with painful pasts of abuse and violence. She is currently a certified confidential victim advocate, and was the client advocacy director at a pregnancy center for over two years, where she worked with young women and men to help develop them into the best parents they can be and to pursue their educational and career goals. Angela has moved into coaching to help guide others through their strengths to reclaim who they have always been.
As someone who did not grow up with support or encouragement, she is passionate about helping others know their strengths and worth. She is also a freelance writer, public speaker (see her TEDx Colorado Springs talk), and photographer. Angela is very active in Toastmasters, and she spends as much of her free time with her husband, John, and her six children (three hers plus their partners), and her three grandchildren. Bill loves meeting and engaging people, as well as seeing them become the best version of themselves! Hearing the stories of who people are, where they have been, and the dreams they want to achieve excites and energizes him. He is a follower of Jesus, husband to Anna since 1990, and father to Samuel, their adult son who lives in Alaska.
Bill spent 10 years in the Army as a Warrant Officer, Blackhawk Pilot, and Maintenance Officer. After leaving the military in 1990, he and his wife have worked for the Christian non-profit, The Navigators, making disciples and giving their lives in exchange for others.
