Craig W. Roegner, Associate Coach

Craig joined the WeAlign Tribe in May 2021. Craig is the co-founder of Paraíso Coaching, LLC., a professional leadership and life affirming coaching firm, focused on partnering with executives, teams, and individuals to assist them in navigating the sometimes-challenging waters of the work-family-life balance. Craig is passionate about connecting with his clients and aiding them in their prosperous discovery. He faithfully serves his clients by using a genuine holistic style of coaching, which combines the CliftonStrengths 34® assessment and proven resiliency techniques, to combat what he calls “Overwhelmed Over-Doers Syndrome.” Overwhelmed Over-Doers Syndrome is an equal opportunity life destroyer. It leads to burnout and convinces us to settle for “good” when our BEST life is beckoning us to join in with prosperous purpose.

Craig is a decorated retired U.S. Navy Officer and award-winning civil servant with more than 30 years of first-responder, executive leadership, emergency management, public affairs, and boots-on-ground experience. Craig possesses a master’s degree in public administration and is a graduate from the Naval War College. As a certified master public information officer and employee wellness advocate, he is comfortable with tactfully making complex concepts easy to understand during one-on-one coaching discussions or during presentations to diverse groups of people in the midst of crisis.

Craig is married to Denise, a Brazilian-American and they have one adopted son. When they are not serving others, they are living the “Salt Life” — strolling on the white sand beaches next to the turquoise waters of Florida’s Gulf Coast. Can’t find them in Florida? Then this active couple can be found in the metropolis of São Paulo enjoying scrumptious cuisine or embracing the natural beauty and splendor of Brazil’s Costa Verde in Paraty, Brazil.
