Sylvia Ryan

Sylvia Ryan, Certified Coach

The daughter of missionaries with Mission Aviation Fellowship, Sylvia was born in Guyana, South America and later lived in Irian Jaya and Jakarta, Indonesia, Canada, and the United States. She now resides in the beautiful mountains of central Idaho. Sylvia, alongside her friend and husband of 31 years, have raised three wonderful children, each who march to the beat of their own drum.

Sylvia holds a bachelor’s in Applied Studies/Humanities.  Sylvia is an experienced community organizer and has worked with youth serving organizations and community coalitions in both professional and volunteer capacities for more than 17 years.  She is an Idaho Certified Prevention Specialist, has completed numerous specialized trainings in skills related to coalition management, evaluation, and sustainability.  Sylvia is a Certified Professional Life Coach through Christian Coach Institute.  She is the founder and owner of Anew Life Coaching.  Sylvia feels God’s pleasure when she is working in the strengths and talents that He gifted to her.

Sylvia enjoys hanging out with friends and family, traveling, walking/hiking, gardening, reading, miniatures, and simply being.

Tom is a WeAlign Certified Strengths Coach with more than 30 years of experience in leadership, coaching, staffing and banking. He transitioned from a long career in Human Resources to coaching in order to focus on what had always driven him both professionally and personally: he loves to create an environment that empowers people to thrive and become their best selves. He is passionate about helping individuals experience joy and satisfaction in both work and life by discovering their talents, gaining confidence in them, and learning how to effectively use them. By identifying each person’s unique qualities, he helps them understand their strengths in order to live and work out of them, and become a meaningful contributor in the workplace.

Tom has served as Vice President of Human Resources in the staffing industry and held multiple roles in banking. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from St. Cloud State University. He is certified as a Strengths Champion Certified Coach and COSMO Certified Coach by VitalStrengths Coaching. He is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Tom is married to Patti and has two married adult children. He enjoys travel, spending time with family and friends, hiking, snowshoeing and photography.

Sara is passionate about helping livestock producers maximize their potential: the potential of themselves, their team, their livestock, and ultimately their business.  She loves to help people develop and has a heart for animal agriculture.  Sara believes that when everyone on the farm knows their strengths and is given room to develop them, the entire farm will thrive.

Sara earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Minnesota in 2000.

Sara enjoys life with her husband and three children on their acreage in southwest Minnesota. They encourage each other at many sporting events and 4-H activities.  She is energized by cross country skiing, flower gardening, a roaring campfire, and conversations with friends.

Michael Baker

Michael believes that every individual should have the opportunity to reach their full potential. His coaching model helps clients know and understand their talents and strengths, make purposeful decisions and increase the capacity for abundance in their lives. His mission is to help others find certainty in an uncertain world.

Michael holds a Masters in Education and has worked with numerous colleges and universities across the country, guiding the teaching and learning culture to incorporate technology for improved outcomes. He has also enjoyed a successful sales career managing top sales territories and multi-year million dollar deals.

When not working, Michael enjoys all things outdoors and spending quality time with family and friends. Reading, cooking, listening to his vinyl collection or getting a workout in before breakfast are just a few activities that keep him grounded and motivated. Michael has a goal to do an Xterra adventure race in a foreign country, preferably one with good food and wine.

Along with being a strengths and leadership coach, Brice is an entrepreneur, and a management & technology consultant. I have 32 years of combined experience in education, coaching, and directing people and teams. I have a BS in Education, Science Major. I’ve attended many conferences and orientations that have kept my skills sharp and updated with in my career journey.

My family is my heartbeat.  My husband Tim and I have an incredible love story, that speaks to God’s power and love.  Our kids are in the peak of teen years, Riley is 16 and Jadon is 15, so that makes life an adventure.  It’s amazing to witness your child grow into their unique design and guide them through unconditional love.  We love being active and can enjoy curling  up for a good movie, as well.

Bryan Baker

Bryan Baker has been the lead pastor of the same church for 20 years. He is also one of the founding board members of a mission organization that has done poverty and disaster relief, along with clean water projects around the world. Bryan’s interest in coaching came from holding multiple leadership positions across organizations. Bryan is a Certified Strengths Coach with WeAlign.

Ray Woolridge is a retired US Army Brigadier General with 37 years of experience leading military and nonprofit organizations.

Ray leads with proactive influence, insatiable curiosity, and persistent, personal commitment to his clients. Ray helps his clients achieve success through immediate, practical steps. Deborah Woolridge

Deborah Woolridge, Certified Coach

Deborah is committed to helping her clients discover their unique design and maximize their potential, building on individual strengths and calling.  She became an Associate Coach with WeAlign after decades of education, leadership and mentorship experience. She is also a WeAlign Certified Strengths Coach.

She loves to learn and to assist people in achieving their full potential, beginning with her three sons and two daughters, whom she educated at home from pre-school through high school over a 26-year period.  She also taught undergraduate music appreciation courses as adjunct faculty of Mercer University in the 1990s.  She holds a Bachelor of Music Degree in Piano Performance and a Master of Education Degree from Columbus State University, Columbus, Georgia.

She was born into the family of a career US Army Infantry officer, married an Army officer and has two sons who have served in the Army.  She knows the challenges of military life. She has lived in Turkey, Germany, and six different US states in her life.

One of her greatest joys is playing the piano.  She has a 40-year career of teaching, accompanying choirs, ensembles and soloists in multiple organizations and churches.

Having more than 40 years of military, business, and organizational experience, Steve has served in many leadership positions. As a business manager, Operations Director and Company President, Steve is known as a problem solver with an emphasis on team development and corporate strategy. He is a Vietnam veteran, receiving the Bronze Star for meritorious service. For the past 27 years, he has served as an associate pastor of a large Protestant church, leading in a variety of roles. He has provided coaching and guidance in the arena of finance and personal crisis to hundreds.

Steve enjoys golf, traveling and spending time with family. He is married to Gwen Owens McCary and together they have 5 adult children, 4 grandchildren and reside in Chattanooga, TN.
