Angela Giles Klocke is a WeAlign Certified Coach and a Strengths Champion Certified Coach. She has spent the last 20+ years advocating and working with women who have painful pasts of abuse and violence. She has worked as an advocate with crisis pregnancy and as a confidential victim advocate in the field of domestic violence and sexual assault. Angela is passionate about coaching, and coaches with a trauma-informed approach, with the intent of helping clients reclaim and grow their strengths.

Angela is also a freelance writer, public speaker (TEDx Colorado Springs 2017), and photographer. She is very active in Toastmasters, and spends as much of her free time with her husband of over 20 years, John, and her six children (three hers plus their partners), and a handful of grandchildren.

Sylvia Ryan

Sylvia Ryan, Certified Coach

The daughter of missionaries with Mission Aviation Fellowship, Sylvia was born in Guyana, South America and later lived in Irian Jaya and Jakarta, Indonesia, Canada, and the United States. She now resides in the beautiful mountains of central Idaho. Sylvia, alongside her friend and husband of 31 years, have raised three wonderful children, each who march to the beat of their own drum.

Sylvia holds a bachelor’s in Applied Studies/Humanities.  Sylvia is an experienced community organizer and has worked with youth serving organizations and community coalitions in both professional and volunteer capacities for more than 17 years.  She is an Idaho Certified Prevention Specialist, has completed numerous specialized trainings in skills related to coalition management, evaluation, and sustainability.  Sylvia is a Certified Professional Life Coach through Christian Coach Institute.  She is the founder and owner of Anew Life Coaching.  Sylvia feels God’s pleasure when she is working in the strengths and talents that He gifted to her.

Sylvia enjoys hanging out with friends and family, traveling, walking/hiking, gardening, reading, miniatures, and simply being.

Tom is a WeAlign Certified Strengths Coach with more than 30 years of experience in leadership, coaching, staffing and banking. He transitioned from a long career in Human Resources to coaching in order to focus on what had always driven him both professionally and personally: he loves to create an environment that empowers people to thrive and become their best selves. He is passionate about helping individuals experience joy and satisfaction in both work and life by discovering their talents, gaining confidence in them, and learning how to effectively use them. By identifying each person’s unique qualities, he helps them understand their strengths in order to live and work out of them, and become a meaningful contributor in the workplace.

Tom has served as Vice President of Human Resources in the staffing industry and held multiple roles in banking. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from St. Cloud State University. He is certified as a Strengths Champion Certified Coach and COSMO Certified Coach by VitalStrengths Coaching. He is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Tom is married to Patti and has two married adult children. He enjoys travel, spending time with family and friends, hiking, snowshoeing and photography.

Sara is passionate about helping livestock producers maximize their potential: the potential of themselves, their team, their livestock, and ultimately their business.  She loves to help people develop and has a heart for animal agriculture.  Sara believes that when everyone on the farm knows their strengths and is given room to develop them, the entire farm will thrive.

Sara earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Minnesota in 2000.

Sara enjoys life with her husband and three children on their acreage in southwest Minnesota. They encourage each other at many sporting events and 4-H activities.  She is energized by cross country skiing, flower gardening, a roaring campfire, and conversations with friends.

Michael Baker

Michael believes that every individual should have the opportunity to reach their full potential. His coaching model helps clients know and understand their talents and strengths, make purposeful decisions and increase the capacity for abundance in their lives. His mission is to help others find certainty in an uncertain world.

Michael holds a Masters in Education and has worked with numerous colleges and universities across the country, guiding the teaching and learning culture to incorporate technology for improved outcomes. He has also enjoyed a successful sales career managing top sales territories and multi-year million dollar deals.

When not working, Michael enjoys all things outdoors and spending quality time with family and friends. Reading, cooking, listening to his vinyl collection or getting a workout in before breakfast are just a few activities that keep him grounded and motivated. Brice is passionate about helping individuals and teams discover their strengths and learn how to leverage them to become their true authentic selves, and maximize team effectiveness. He believes every individual and company is unique, and approaches each engagement with an open mindset and honest dialogue.

Along with being a strengths and leadership coach, Brice is an entrepreneur, and a management & technology consultant. His mission is to help leaders solve complex issues, so they can live authentic and impactful lives. I have 32 years of combined experience in education, coaching, and directing people and teams. I have a BS in Education, Science Major. I’ve attended many conferences and orientations that have kept my skills sharp and updated with in my career journey.

My family is my heartbeat.  My husband Tim and I have an incredible love story, that speaks to God’s power and love.  Our kids are in the peak of teen years, Riley is 16 and Jadon is 15, so that makes life an adventure.  It’s amazing to witness your child grow into their unique design and guide them through unconditional love.  We love being active and can enjoy curling  up for a good movie, as well.

Jody Thompson

Jody is a WeAlign Associate Strengths Coach and a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.  He is dedicated to helping each person identify, appreciate and develop the unique talents that are found within themselves. Jody is energized by connecting with people.  He thrives when he has the opportunity to coach a client to attack and crush their goals while reaching levels of achievement that they did not think possible.

Jody has coaching and mentoring experience beginning in 2002.  Jody is a Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, serving a one-year tour as a combat engineer platoon leader. His career in healthcare has involved leadership positions at several different levels of responsibility within multiple health systems.  In addition to the CliftonStrengths® assessment, the strategies and tactics that have been proven on the battlefield and in healthcare throughout his career in leadership serve as the foundation of Jody’s coaching practices.

Bryan Baker

Bryan Baker has been the lead pastor of the same church for 20 years. He is also one of the founding board members of a mission organization that has done poverty and disaster relief, along with clean water projects around the world. Bryan’s interest in coaching came from holding multiple leadership positions across organizations. Bryan is a Certified Strengths Coach with WeAlign.

Bryan holds Coaching Mastery Certificate from Creative Results Management and is a member of the International Coach Federation pursuing accreditation. Tara Green

Tara Green, Certified Coach

Tara coaches to inspire and grow leaders through the discovery and development of their strengths. She is passionate about empowering others to use their talents purposefully, cultivate new positive experiences, achieve their goals, and realize their potential.

Tara is a WeAlign Strengths Coach as well as a certified coach for the Institute for Social and Emotional Intelligence. She utilizes the CliftonStrengths® assessment as a foundational tool to help individuals grow in their self-awareness as well as their social and emotional intelligence.

Tara’s background includes an undergraduate degree from the United States Military Academy followed by her service in the Army until the rank of Captain. Tara has a master’s degree in Adult Education with a focus in Leadership from Kansas State University. She is also a certified trainer of the U.S. Army’s resilience training program for soldiers and family members which is based on the principles of positive psychology. In addition to coaching, Tara works for the Thayer Leader Development Group.

Tara enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. She resides in Frederick, Maryland with her husband of 23 years. They have four children–two sons in college and two younger daughters who reside with them in Maryland.
